Day 1: Transfer from Nairobi to Lake Naivasha

Upon your arrival at the airport, you will be picked by your tour guide who will drive you to the Great Rift Valley lakes, on your arrival at the lake, you will have a boat cruise on the Lake and many animal sightings including; the Flamingoes, Hippos, Zebras, birds, as well as a great scenery.

Day 2: Enjoy the view of Mount Kilimanjaro

On this day, you will wake up so early in the morning for an early departure, we will then drive to Amboseli via Nairobi by 6:30am. This journey will take us to tofhe Kajado which is the land of the Masai, we shall arrive in the scenic town of Amboseli in time for lunch. Then after, you will proceed to the gate for an afternoon game drive.

Day 3: Have border crossing

Have breakfast and after drive out of the park towards Mount Kilimanjaro to enjoy its view, after drive to the border of Tanzania as well as Kenya at the Namanga border. Immediately after the immigration clearance, you will be transferred to Lake Manyara to enjoy the tree climbing lions and after you will arrive in for an early game drive by lunch time and by 3:30, you will proceed for an afternoon game drive.

Day 4: Enjoy the Maasai Culture

Enjoy breakfast and prepare for the picnic lunch as we drive west crossing the gentle rolling Ngorongoro highlands and then pass by the wildebeests as well as the zebras as they graze with the Masai cattle as the young boys tend to them at the Masai village. We will then stop at one of the bomas as we enjoy their culture and also visit their Kindergarten and in case you have got any school supplies, you can give them out. After this, continue to Serengeti and then stop at Nabi gate and have lunch as well as paper work. In the afternoon, we will be having a game drive with in the central Serengeti where we shall enjoy seeing the lions, hippos, leopards, reedbuck, elephants, and many more.

Day 5: Enjoy the lion prides

Leave early from the camp looking at the big prides of the lions that are found in the central part of Seronera valley which is also the best place for the lions in Africa. This area has also got good sightings of leopards, jackals, hyenas, Thomson’s gazelles, Topis, and the area is also good for sighting the cheetahs most especially in the dry seasons. Have lunch at the camp and in the afternoon, we will drive around the Seronera River as you look for the Hippos, Baboons, Birds, and Elephants etc.

Day 6: Hunting of the predators

After enjoying breakfast,, you will spend the whole day having game driving in the Serengeti National park and then have lunch at a picnic stop as you travel. Depending on the time of the year, you might have a chance to view the migration of zebras, wildebeests as the Thomson’s gazelles. During this rainy season of October and November, you might view some of these herds crossing from Kenyan Masai Mara through the north west of the Serengeti towards the plains in the south. And after the great rainy season of April, May as well as June, these herds move back through the western as well as the north western part of the Serengeti. With the changes in rainfall, the timetable can change which results in the migration of these animals in different time and routes. The guide will then try out this outmost of finding the animals and will also make sure that you see the animals from the best spots with in the national park. This migration attracts many predators and with luck, you might see the lion killing the prey.

Day 7: Enjoy the Black Mane Lions

We will today drive to Ngorongoro Crater via the Olduvai Gorge. This crater is an impressive 20km wide crater with over 600m walls. These views from this crater rim are so breathtaking and there is an abundant of wildlife due to its permanent water supply with in crater floor. This gorge is famed for the discovery of over 3.5 million years old with fossil fragments of the early human civilization. We will also enjoy lunch as we overlook the crater and in the afternoon, we will spend it at leisure. Later on, we shall again embark on the crater tour.

Day 8: Departure

Have breakfast and after transfer back to Nairobi for your flight back home. This safari will end in Nairobi in the afternoon.
