DAY 1 – ARUSHA

On arrival at Kilimanjaro airport you will be transferred to Willy’s Cottages / Oasis Lodge where you will dine and slumber.

DAYS 2-3:  Tarangire National Park

In the company of a  naturalist guide, you will drive to Tarangire National Park,which is the 3rd  biggest  National Park in Tanzania  as well as a sanctuary to an exceptionally large number of elephants. The park is scattered with the great baobab trees which offer shelter to the various wild animals that normally feed below them. Among the different wild animals you will see are: leopards, lions and cheetahs, in addition to more than   five thousand elephants. Later enjoy a bush walk as well as a cultural visit in the semi-nomadic villages. Dine and slumber at  Tarangire River Camp.

DAY 4: Tarangire – Karatu

Depart for Karatu, found on the exterior slopes of the stunning Ngorongoro Crater. Shop and bargain for crafts, cloth, in Mto Wa Mbu / Karatu. Nonetheless Group alternatives include a nature-walk or a game drive through Lake Manyara National Park. If fortunate, see the tree climbing Manyara lions, in addition to the commonly see giraffes, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, among other animals. DAY 5: Lake Eyasi

As early as 5 am rise and head to Lake Eyasi for a before-daybreak walk with the resident Bushmen hunters, alternatively participate in the dawn routine of the residents.  Your availed local guide will certainly interpret to you plus talk about the hunting techniques used by these tribes. Enjoy an exceptional inter-cultural experience while you join in the day-to-day life of these nomadic Bushmen. Dine and slumber at a private mobile-camp at the border of the Ngorongoro Crater.

DAYS 6-7 – Ngorongoro Crater Safari

Spend time exploring the floor of the Ngorongoro crate and marvel at the various animals among which are:  lions, hyenas, elephants, the in danger of extinction black rhinos, hippos, jackals, wildebeests and zebras. Enjoy the profusion of bird species such as flamingoes on the banks of the Soda Lake. if the weather is good, visit the Empakai Crater the following day to marvel at the primates and buffaloes in this area. Visit the Masai village in the afternoon. Dine and slumber at a private mobile-camp at the border of the Ngorongoro Crater.

DAYS 8-11: Ngorongoro Serengeti

In the early morning head to Serengeti, exploring the Olduvai Gorge en route where Leakey discovered the remnants of Australopithecus Homo habilis as well as Homo erectus. The Serengeti is popularly known for being host to the great herd of numerous wildebeests plus zebras that annually migrate through these plains. This herd draws several predators such as lions, hyenas as well as cheetahs. Marvel at the huge granite Kopjes that stand in the sea of short grass. These Kopjes offer shelter to a variety of flora and fauna including the hard to pin down leopard and the small dik dik. Slumber in a   private mobile -campsite in the savage area close to the migratory herd.

 DAY 12:  Serengeti-Arusha

Board a flight from Serengeti back to Arusha. Alternatively drive all the way back. This will be the end of our safari. Slumber at the Oasis Lodge
